Start on Success

Start On Success is a program run with area high schools and Partner4Work where we host students every afternoon as part of a work/apprenticeship program. Students who participate in these programs complete training in Audio, Lighting, and Video. 

The Tech25 SOS Program equips teens with essential technical and professional skills to prepare them for future careers in creative and technology-driven fields. Through hands-on training in audio production, videography, and live event technologies, participants gain practical experience using industry-standard equipment and software.

Guided by Tech25's skilled instructors, teens develop expertise in sound engineering, video editing, and project management while creating multimedia projects such as podcasts, videos, and DJ mixes. The program also emphasizes resume building, digital organization, and teamwork, ensuring participants leave with a strong foundation for success in any career path.

The SOS Program fosters creativity, technical proficiency, and professional growth, empowering teens to confidently pursue their goals and thrive in their chosen fields.
