Enrolling in the Basics

 

Tech25's Adult Workforce basics classes run twice a week in the evening, with new classes starting every month. These courses take interested students and help them learn fundamental vocational skills from industry professionals. Through class attendance, students learn technical and creative skills through STEAM activities, improving Math, Science, and Art skills while learning essential tricks of the trade. All of these skills apply to the Live Production, Professional Audio, Lighting, and Broadcast industries.

What classes are offered?

• Audio Basics: An education on the science of sound, signal flow, FX processing, mixing, and more
• Live Sound 1 & 2: Technical foundations of live audio and hands-on experience with industry-standard gear
• Lighting Basics: Essentials of lighting, including fixture types, color mixing, and DMX control
