Projection Mapping Workshop with Projectile Objects
Join us at Tech25 in Pittsburgh on November 10th, 2024, for a 3-hour immersive Projection Mapping Workshop! This session will introduce the history and techniques of projection mapping, followed by a hands-on dive into practical application. Participants will learn key mapping techniques and get a walkthrough of MadMapper software, bringing creative visual projects to life.
All skill levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
About the instructor: Cornelius Henke III, also known as ProjectileObjects, is a creative artist specializing in live performance and projection mapping. His work has been showcased at venues like the 9:30 Club, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Carnegie Museum of Art. As a former fellow at Carnegie Mellon's Frank-Ratchye STUDIO for Creative Inquiry, Cornelius brings a wealth of experience to live events and interactive installations. In 2021, he formed ProjectileObjects LLC, offering conceptual design, fabrication, and installations, continuing to push boundaries in projection mapping and live visuals.
